
Class Descriptions

Hatha Gentle Flow
Gentle yoga includes working on each pose in a structured and independant way without any excess strain to the stretched muscles or joints. Perfect flow for anyone new to yoga or wants a gentle stretch. This flow will connect you body, mind and breath.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a fun set of poses that you can do from the comfort of your own chair. You will experience deep, rhythmic breathing accompanied by simple stretches in a safe and comfortable setting. This class is great for older adults and anybody dealing with injuries and decreased mobility.
Hatha with Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga joining each physical postures with inhalation and exhalation, creating a synchronization for the practice. Vinyasa cultivates heat in the body and is best used in warm-ups and sun salutation sequences.
Yoga for Kids and Teens
This flow is specifically designed for kids helping them relax,staying fit, keeping focused, and developing their autonomy. For teen yoga workshops please contact me.
